Social media and e-comm space… day to day at the current company is support ticketing work, tech support, triage, escalations, and bugs…. Also tasked with training new team members, has helped build out the training program and does a lot of mentoring/coaching internally… works with PMs around how to integrate client’s ecosystems into their platform… a mixed bag of tickets and project-based work… wants to stay technical to a certain extent… doesn’t necessarily want to people manage or “relationship manage”… does like mentoring younger team members but that’s about it…  SaaS environment… has experience with data migrations… integrating e-comm data into the company’s platform… Migrations are very hands-on with each customer… every client is different, a lot of SOW and consulting work around adjusting data points….more of a data pipeline… very comfortable with SQL…. Also doing Implementations, their support team is structured kind of “weird”… lots of integration of clients on to a platform which is normally “Sales Engineer” her team does… managing tickets coming in but also doing project-based work. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript…Lives in Philly…. CC is ideal… Has a car, but hasn’t ever had to commute. Looking for at least $92k (that’s what she’s at now). She would realistically think about a counteroffer if the current company did offer her more money. She’s in a senior role, there’s still growth opportunities, and the location is great. Probably really needs at least $100k. Has good benefits too, etc.
