Recruiter Notes: Started in a Customer Success role …. then moved into Support team… then was promoted to his current “Customer Success Manager” role… it’s less technically focused but more heavily customer-based… he is reaching out to new customers, helping them get on-boarded and familiar with the software…. runs trainings… the role has evolved a bit and now they’re running experiments on how to improve customer engagement and usage with the software… he is also working with their Partnership Team, working with clients who sign up to be partners…. training them and bring them up to speed…. he’s their main point of contact for technical support needs…. really building relationships with customers… working with customers through email, over the phone, Go-To-Meeting and even occasionally face-to-face.

Actively looking for a change primarily due to location… he is currently commuting an hour and would like to find something closer to home, ideally in Center City.
