Compensation Requirements: $180,000
Location: Wayne, PA
Recruiter Notes: beginning to entertain new opportunities…has been with same company for about 8 years…leading business intelligence & data operations in the healthcare space…started as a 20-person company…company works with health insurers and health information exchange organizations…for example he worked with an HIE who was a data and analytics reporting provider for 50 hospitals and physician communities in the state…they needed help updating their reporting suite…led the project…prototyped what the HIE was planning and presented it in a two-week period…he wanted to get to the real stakeholders at the hospital…essentially the CMOs who would be looking at this type of information…didn’t want to go in with a blind slate and have them ask, “what do you have to offer?”…3 months later, when they were ready for user training and rollout…the first user base became champions of the product and reporting suite…so by the time the rollout came up, they had 600 users in the community that were in the training and what they did after the release was not just throwing it out and then leave, but also kind of track where the users were spending their time and collect feedback based on that and then have targeted sessions…. Wears many hats being a small company…very technical…automating data pipelines…using SAS and DataStage…using a variety of databases from Oracle to Greenplum along with data virtualization technologies…used HL7, has rolled out APIs for FHIR…also excels in understanding how a solution has to be built based on what the client needs…going back to the team with the client expectations, and putting together a solution and then managing it…working with the internal teams to get what the client wants and going back to the client with the results and ensuring goals are met…kind of entire shepherding the entire lifecycle of the software development cycle…from the client requirements to the development and testing and closing it out. Looking for $180K-$190K base salary…Lives in Wayne…community to Center City is no problem
