Recruiter Notes: Has been with her current employer now for 3 years…. prior to that 5 years working for the government in DC… cybersecurity background and MBA… did some cool projects around border and customs protection… moved to Philly, lucked into the job and became a Salesforce Admin on Day 1 without any background in it…very fast growing…. unique Salesforce Admin experience, dealing with custom objects, can build whatever they want, can build projects from beginning to end…. doesn’t have to really follow any hierarchy…. first year she was “in the weeds” adding and removing users, setting up profiles, etc…. became more senior on the team as time went by and is now doing more “fun stuff” although does more admin work here and there…. 20% custom coding, knows Visualforce better than Apex, knows some Apex to get by… not writing from scratch, taking existing code and tweaking it to fit her needs… not sure she can write completely new code from scratch… other 80% of the time is more the customized workflows and validation rules…doing a lot of training for end users, whenever they do a new project and its deployed, she’ll pull together end-user content for that… and then training business leaders, often training trainers (VPs, Exec Director of a division) who then train to their team…. 2000 users…. Not actively looking… enjoys what she does, but never wants to not explore something new….
- Lightening, no they are in Classic, she’s taken classes for Lightening but hasn’t switched over yet, will be a massive undertaking
- Working with Data Loader regularly
- Marketing Tools – no Pardot no MarketingCloud, did some TrailHeads, not much though
- CPQ – worked with the Admin side of that, adding people to it and maintaining their profiles but nothing beyond that
- Service Cloud in the past, not much recently
- Agile, yes, in the past, but does not currently…. when someone gives a request, they do it…. but is familiar with the user stories, standup, etc, has done both… honestly prefers not to
Lives in Fishtown, PA – come February she could move closer to the offices – she’s open to relocation and exploring options – has a car – OK with doing the commute to start with but would love to work out of Center City or work-from-home down the road – knows she’d have to be in the offices to start with – she’d want to be in the offices in the beginning, it’s so important to get acclimated, etc.
