Recruiter Notes: Started in health info management as an analyst… moved into IT dept to support HIM dept….. then company merged and his role changed to a systems analyst, but the work he was doing was mostly report writing with SQL, stored procedures, functions, real-time reporting, etc…. then moved into knowledge management team, which is where he is currently, with a team of programmers…. manages data warehouse for the population health side of things, lots of claims data for CMS, Horizon, internal EHR data, diagnosis codes, etc…. knows Agile from school but they are not Agile as a corporation…Open to a change… always open to hearing about something new…. the idea of a startup is appealing…. would like to be with a smaller team and have more input…. has Bachelors in Info Sys Mgmt… likes the SQL side of things, maybe would like to get into R and Python and Data Science side of things… that’s very appealing to him…being at a big company he doesn’t get to do as much quality control… has created his own data warehouse and managed it, for the population health sector of the company…. has been through 2 transitions there with different health systems… merged and switched EHR to Sorian…. and then that was bought by an enterprise… worked with the data to transfer and pulling form the enterprise into other systems…Lives in South Jersey – Gloucester County…Going to CC is fine for him…Asked about WFH? Wife works 3 days a week…So some days he has to do day-care drop-off and pick-up….Close to $110k now. Said “bottom line” is $110k….For Center City, with the commute, city tax, etc… probably like $115k would be better… depends on full benefits/perks details…but “for a great opportunity”, he says $110k is good….schedule an interview today.
