Leadership
T. Brad Kielinski, Founder & CEO
At the helm of IT Pros – Philadelphia since 2009, Kielinski directs all aspects of the organization. His expertise comes from a previously hands-on technical background that has enabled him to excel in technical recruitment, sales, new business development, account management and operations. He has built one of the largest local tech-driven membership communities throughout the Philadelphia region with over 2,000 members. His passion is creating, building and delivering great solutions for people to people.
He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from The Barney School of Business (Top 10% of Business Schools in the U.S.) while at The University of Hartford, with a major focus in Management Information Systems. He also played NCAA Division 1 Men’s Soccer as a Goalkeeper, along with Rugby Union as the team captain.
He was recognized by YFS Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Entrepreneurs To Watch” in the United States.

Kevin Shephard, Senior Recruiter
Kevin has been recruiting and staffing technologists since 1995, helping numerous small to large enterprise companies grow and gain a competitive advantage through their people. His experience has enabled him to know that not only is skill set match important, but a technologist’s personality and the company’s environment need to also be a match.
His recruitment niche is VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, SAN/NAS, Information Security, Cloud Computing and Sales.
He earned his Bachelors of Science in Physiology from California State
Harry Chan, Recruiter
Exposed to the web in the early days of HTML 4 and CSS, Harry self-taught himself the web markup languages along with experimenting his interest in visual design through Adobe Photoshop. He took this experience and knowledge with him as he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design at Drexel University, where he learned layout design, visual communication and physical print media.
Since 2007, Harry has continued to design and create user experience solutions using a multitude of tools starting from wire frame prototypes to workflow storyboards, as well as high-fidelity graphical user interface visuals. He is also well-versed in agile development best practices that he has garnered through years of experience in the software industry.
Data Management
Seth Hopkins, Data Manager
Seth is an accomplished Technical Project Manager with nearly 10 years of demonstrated career success developing and executing strategies to promote growth utilizing emerging technologies. Known for meticulous attention to detail and devoted work ethic, he has a committed attitude for success.
He drives our data intelligence initiatives that focus on technologists and employers throughout the Philadelphia region, which allows us to better connect employers and technologists based on compatibility.
He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
Davila Thompson, Data Analyst
Davila has experience in technical writing and implementing new business processes. She is skillful in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. Davila has demonstrated her leadership and commitment through complex projects and various activities during her undergraduate career.
She is pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems at Drexel University. She plays Women’s Varsity squash as the team captain.
Adam Cross, Data Analyst
Adam earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Colgate University in 2011. He sang tenor in the choir and was a baritone in the university’s only barbershop quartet, the Testostertones. After graduating, Adam went on to serve a year in City Year as a Corps Member and team Math Coordinator, where he dedicated himself to bettering the lives of those around him.
Currently, Adam is earning his Associates in Applied Science in Computer Networking at Broome Community College.
Marketing
Kaliah Cusaac, Marketing Specialist
Kaliah is a marketing and copywriting professional with experience in digital, community and relationship marketing. Known for her goal setting and go getter attitude, she strives to make every project a success.
Her goal is to make sure valuable marketing communications are sent between employers and technologists throughout the Philadelphia region.
She is also the author of “Meet Your Happiness: 101+ Ways On How To Be Happy” by Kaliah Cusaac.
She is finishing her degree in Marketing from DeVry University this year.
