Job Description

The Head of People will be responsible for helping find, develop, motivate, and retain the team. You will act as the champion for company culture and will work directly with the leadership team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing all human resources-related activities to help grow the business and culture.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coaching executives, mid-level executives, and departmental leads on team leadership
  • Designing career paths, compensation plans, and performance management programs
  • Helping to resolve employee relations issues
  • Measuring employee engagement and developing campaigns to promote employee engagement
  • Spearheading learning and development for the organization and leveraging existing tools like Linkedin learning

  • Driving recruitment of the best talent with the support of recruiters
  • Overseeing and innovating on our existing HR policies and procedures
  • Leading Benefit selection process and incentive programs
  • Leading by example and driving culture initiatives throughout the organization to promote our core values and keep them top of mind
  • Navigating organizational change and helping the team in a very fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

Successful Head of People applicants will have experience leading HR and talent at growing SaaS startups.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must have an entrepreneurial background and mindset
  • Experience working directly with a Founder
  • Demonstrated experience leading recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, executive coaching, performance management, compensation planning, culture, and organizational design

Interview Process:

  • Round 1 = Video Interview w/ IT Pros (30-minutes)
  • Round 2 = Video Interview w/ Hiring Manager (45-minutes)
  • Round 3 = Video Interview w/ Leadership Team (2-3 hours)
