Project Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT)
  • Primary contact for the client from contract through leading status meetings, tracking issues and questions and providing updates as required
  • Manage schedule and scope for all projects; track all tasks required to deliver systems on-time
  • Responsible for the meeting agenda, minutes, and completion of action items
  • Drives team resourcing efforts with support and input from team members
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify and assist with the implementation of process improvements
  • Assist the product team with the design and development of new features by communicating client feedback
  • Assist with the training of new staff members
  • Assist the customer care team (as required)
  • Delegate tasks to associate project managers
  • Travel to client sites to attend meetings and conduct user training sessions

Qualifications

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions now or in the future
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in IRT or related field
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking ability
  • Creative problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail
