Total compensation: $175,000

Work Location: 100% remote EST, MST, CST

Job Description

The Lead Software Engineer will be reporting to the SVP of Engineering and helping the team execute efficiently with quality using a hands-on approach.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Directing software and test developers
  • Hiring
  • Planning and daily management
  • Reviewing code
  • 40% hands-on coding
  • Test automation


Qualifications

The Lead Software Engineer will have 7+ years of full-stack development experience and 2+ years of tech lead experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience building front-end user interfaces, APIs, and databases
  • Has been responsible for technical decisions; code quality of a product
  • Knowledgeable in Python and Vue.js
  • AWS, Serverless, and cloud management expertise
  • Has successfully developed a suite of automated tests to guarantee quality
  • Experience in development/management of CI/CD pipelines for automatic deployment and testing
  • You must be authorized to work in the USA without any work restrictions, now and in the future, to be considered
