Is this program an exclusive referral partnership?
You’re free to refer clients to other firms. This is a non-exclusive partnership.
Can I earn multiple commissions from one company?
Yes. If you refer a company that hires multiple candidates, each successful placement earns a separate $5,000 commission. If the same company also enrolls employees in outplacement, each enrolled employee earns you $250.
What happens to my commissions if the agreement ends?
Any commissions earned on qualified referrals established before the termination date will still be honored and paid out according to the payment schedule.
How do I get paid?
Referrals must be made via in-person introduction, email, or LinkedIn direct message. Simply copy us on the email or message, or let us know about the introduction so we can confirm and track it.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A referral qualifies when the prospect you introduced signs a paid agreement with IT Pros within 90 days of your referral, pays their initial invoice, and was not a prior or existing IT Pros client.
