There is no referral portal or tracking link. Simply make a direct introduction through one of the three accepted channels below and let Brad know who you sent.

Tips for a Strong Introduction
Personalize the one-sentence description of the prospect — a warm intro converts far better than a cold one.
Send the email from your personal or work email, not a no-reply address, so Brad can reply directly.
After making the intro, follow up with Brad separately to confirm the referral date and prospect details.
