Make an introduction via email (copying bkielinski@itprosphilly.com), LinkedIn direct message, or in person. There is no form to fill out โ€” just make the connection and let Brad know who you sent.
The 90-day qualification window begins on the date of your initial introduction. The referred prospect must sign a paid agreement with IT Pros within that window for the referral to qualify.
Each successful placement from the same employer counts as a separate Qualified Referral, earning a separate $5,000 fee.
Submit an invoice to IT Pros with email confirmation of the qualified referral as proof. Payments are issued monthly via ACH, Venmo, or Stripe within 30 days of the trigger event.
No. This is a non-exclusive arrangement. You are free to refer to other firms. However, during the term and for one year after, the non-compete clause restricts you from working for a direct competitor in the Greater Philadelphia tech recruiting space.
Any individual or company that had a prior paid engagement with IT Pros before your referral date. Brad will confirm this when he receives your introduction.
